Health Insurance

We cover 75% of medical premiums for you and your family. We also include a yearly, one lump sum, contribution to your HSA. 

Retirement

AYA Youth Collective sponsors a simple IRA with a 3% paid match.

Paid Time Off

PTO starts at 3 weeks for new employees and can grow to 5 weeks per calendar year. We believe you should actually use it too!

Flexible Holidays

AYA offers 2 additional holidays each year. You can decide which holidays are most meaningful to you and receive full pay for those two days. 

Wellness Stipend

Every AYA employee receives a $500 wellness stipend, paid by reimbursement. This stipend can be used on anything to promote your wellness. We believe that healthy employees lead to healthy work! Wellness Reimbursement Request

0 – 5% of drop-in staff have COVID or are in isolation AND/OR Kent County data indicates a lower risk level AND/OR potential COVID transmission or exposure among AYA staff and/or youth is low.

MEASURES IN PLACE

Some capacity limits; Expanded community partners, up to 2 people/agency; standard donation drops; all tours allowed; in-person meetings allowed following COVID guidelines.
